Belle Grae Inn- Extended Stay Options

 
Surrounding the Belle Grae Inn are several large Victorian homes that we have refurbished,  appropriately and tastefully furnished, and converted into  1- and 2-bedroom flats and apartments. All have full cooking  facilities, linens, and bath basics!
Belle Grae Inn's extended stays are perfect  for professionals, those relocating, persons in need of temporary housing during home renovations, and guests who visit Staunton for a long holiday, a season of theater, or to enjoy the village and the Blue Ridge Mountains and  Shenandoah Valley during their favorite season of the  year.
Available by the week, month, or season.
Rates begin @ $45 per night based on one person with a 30-night minimum.
Guest House Too
Circa 1890 is  decorated in a cute yet simple style exemplary of a turn-of-the-century tenant house. Guest House Too has a bed and bath on each floor, parlor with fireplace, and wet bar kitchen. Baseboard heat and window air conditioning, color cable TV, and direct-line phone complete with amenities.
Hilltop House
Circa 1895 offers a small bedroom with queen-size bed, private bath, great room  with wet bar, and decorated "collectively" with furnishings  covering a period of 50 years. The unit has central air and  heat, off-street parking, and a deck for sitting and  sipping.
Hilltop Upper
Unit has two large bedrooms, great room with wet bar kitchen, full bath, and an interesting snoozing porch with a great view of Betsy Bell and Mary Gray mountains. This unit has central air conditioning and dedicated off-street parking.
Hideaway House
The cottage has a  full kitchen, laundry facility, fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, queen-size bed with large dressing area, and a twin-size bed with trundle and full bath on entrance level.

The Cornerstone
Circa 1900 offers  three comfortable suites decorated in 1930's motif. All suites have color television, direct-line telephone, radiator heat and window air conditioning.

      Lower Cornerstone Offers two bedrooms, (one double-size 1860's sleigh bed, on ¾-size
      English  sleigh bed), fireplace, one bath, sitting room, wet bar kitchen, and
      veranda.

      Cornerstone West has one bedroom with  double-size art deco bed, parlor with single-size
      day  bed, wet bar kitchen, private bath with shower, and shares  the deck
      with. . .

      Cornerstone East which has one bedroom with  1860's walnut double-size bed, and a large
      dressing-room bath.

Conference Cottage
Circa 1895 is  perfect for a small family or traveling singles. The Cottage  offers an L-shaped great room with fireplace and cable TV.  This cottage offers two bedrooms, each with queen-size beds,  one and a half baths, and a wet bar kitchen which accesses a small garden. The unit also has ceiling fans, window air conditioning, and steam heat.

The Bishop's Studio
Circa 1880 is  the first floor of a beautifully maintained three-story Victorian home with Jefferson windows in the parlor, gas coal fireplaces, music room, wet bar kitchen, bedroom, private bath, direct-line telephone, color TV, and Victorian garden. This very private suite offers accessible parking, ramps to the entrance, is easily accessible to the Old Inn dining and is therefore ideal for folks not wanting to deal  with stairs. The Bishop's House has central heat and window air conditioning.

Circa 1880 is  the second floor of the above-mentioned Victorian house. The  suite offers a wet bar kitchen, large bath, and parlor with television. The master bedroom with large dressing room has  a queen-size canopy bed and comfortable conversation area.  The second bedroom has a Victorian setting with a queen-size  sleigh bed.

Circa 1880 has one large bedroom with queen-size bed, parlor with day bed,  sitting room, wet bar kitchen with game table, and brick patio for cocktails (weather permitting). Twelve-foot  ceilings with fans, steam heat, and window air conditioning  make Madison House comfortable and charming all year  long.

    The upper floor of the aforementioned house has a queen-size canopy bed, parlor with fireplace, sitting area and twin-size sleigh beds,  bathroom and laundry facilities.  There is an open  dining kitchen area, a dining deck overlooking the gardens  and a widow's balcony with a view of the  mountains.
